The Role

You will be heading up significant paid social media activity across probably one of the most exciting clients handled by a regional agency! Youll be directing all paid social media activity (circa £10 million+) across all paid social channels including Meta, TikTok, Snap and Pinterest. Youll be managing a team of Account Managers and Execs ensuring efficient planning and seamless activation. Working closely with the client (including monthly client days), developing strategic plans, managing any issues and maintaining a positive client relationship. Youll be ensuring the activity is of a consistently high standard, delivered to brief, deadline and budget. Where possible bringing innovative, inspiring and award-winning thinking to the team!

Your Profile

You will ideally be already in a Paid Social AD role with at least 5+ years relevant paid social media planning experience. You will have a deep knowledge of social media and an in depth understanding of the paid and organic social landscape. You will be experienced in leading on clients, working closely with fellow ADs in the agency heading up other media and digital channel teams and leading a team in an inspirational and creative manner.
