A fabulous opportunity for a TikTok Manager. You will have ownership and be responsible for this brand's TikTok account, managing the day-to-day activity, operations, content planning and promotional execution, scaling affiliate partnerships, optimising product listings, analysing performance data and working closely with their live agency to maximise revenue. You will play a key role in shaping their TikTok Shop strategy and turning it into a significant revenue stream for the business.

Due to the nature of needing to work with their products, this is an office-based role.

Your Profile: You will have gained hands-on experience with TikTok Shop (brand or agency side), with a strong understanding of TikTok algorithm and audience behaviour, 2-3 years experience in eCommerce, marketplace management or social commerce, experience managing affiliates or influencer partnerships. You will have a strong commercial awareness and data-driven mindset - comfortable working with performance metrics and reporting tools, and be highly organised with strong attention to detail, and ability to work to tight deadlines. You will also be a confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and with external agencies and teams, whilst being proactive, adaptable and growth-focused. Confidence on camera, experience in D2C homeware or retail and experience of managing live shopping campaigns is desirable but not essential.
