MCR / WFH Hybrid
This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of large scale brand and corporate partnerships, including taking the lead on a new multi-year, global brand partnership. You will be providing expert advice and leadership to a Partnership Account Manager including their direct line management. You will be ensuring the exceptional delivery of all contractual rights and benefits within the portfolio of partnerships you are responsible for, feeding leads and upselling opportunities into the sales team. Taking the lead on all client communications, managing all stakeholder relationships, overseeing the scope, planning, approval and execution of high-profile brand activations ensuring the activity meets partner goals. Working closely with the marketing, operations, programming and ticketing teams to deliver on partner benefits and monitoring campaign success. Leading the creation and delivery of bespoke pop-up events and hospitality experiences that will strengthen partner relations.

Your Profile
You will ideally have a love for arts and culture and have the ability to translate this passion into exceptional account and partnerships account management. You will have proven experience in senior level account / project management of large scale corporate or brand partnerships / sponsorships, which would ideally include brand activations, member or loyalty benefits, pop up events and hospitality. You will have experience of overseeing marketing and content collaborations potentially including social media, PR, digital and co-created assets. This experience could have been gained with an agency, a venue, an arts or sports organisation or client side.
