You will have ownership and be responsible for this brand's TikTok account, managing the day-to-day activity, operations, content planning and promotional execution, scaling affiliate partnerships, optimising product listings, analysing performance data and working closely with their live agency to maximise revenue. You will have gained hands-on experience with TikTok Shop (brand or agency side), with a strong understanding of TikTok algorithm and audience behaviour, 2-3 years experience in eCommerce, marketplace management or social commerce, experience managing affiliates or influencer partnerships. You will have a strong commercial awareness and data-driven mindset - comfortable working with performance metrics and reporting tools, and be highly organised with strong attention to detail, and ability to work to tight deadlines. You will also be a confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and with external agencies and teams, whilst being proactive, adaptable and growth-focused. Confidence on camera, experience in D2C homeware or retail and experience of managing live shopping campaigns is desirable but not essential.
