A fabulous opportunity for a Senior Affiliates Executive. Reporting into the Head of Digital and E-Commerce, you will manage, build and scale the Affiliate Program as this quickly growing brand enters its next phase of growth. You will develop long-term relationships with affiliate partners and expand relationships with key partners. You will lead a small but growing team with one direct report.

Your Profile: As a self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, you will have proven experience managing an affiliate program with demonstrable growth results. You will be a strong account manager who has budget management experience, strong negotiation skills and be analytical and strategic thinking. You will have affiliate platforms experience. Retail experience would be preferred but not essential.
