A fabulous opportunity for a CRM Executive. Reporting into the CRM Manager, you will build campaign and customer journey emails daily. Youll brief the creative team, review, own and optimise your own email copy to maximise open rates, click rates, conversion and revenue. Youll work with the CRM Manager to report, run tests, optimise performance and make suggestions for improvement.

Your Profile
Whether youre an experienced CRM Executive or a CRM Assistant looking to take a step up, you will have experience utilising CRM platforms in an online retail role.
