Working with clients such as Unilever, Sky, the RHS, and Just Eat, we connect businesses with consumers throughout the world. Our videos are used for sales, marketing, social media, internal communications and to help put customers at the heart of a business. Our core services are: vox pops, video diaries, consumer documentaries and corporate video production.
Job Overview
We are looking for a Video and Marketing Content Producer. The job involves working on Client Facing and Internal Marketing projects. The split will be approximately 60% client and 40% internal.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Facing
- Recruiting and conducting video interviews with the public on behalf of clients, illustrating key messages and revealing insights.
- Recruiting, moderating and liaising with respondents to produce video diary footage.
- Analysing and reporting after each piece of fieldwork, including the use of an AI platform as and when needed.
- Working with editors to select the best clips for use in the videos.
- Learning to create discussion and shot guides.
- Ensuring all admin is done, including upload of proposals, transcripts, notes to the CRM, getting permissions.
- Internal Marketing Projects
- Creating video content from our monthly Vox Pops Pool footage for marketing purposes - blogs, social media, website (primarily Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook).
- Writing up research from the internal shoots and creating monthly blogs.
- Writing and uploading social media posts about our services, team, work on a weekly basis.
- Rewriting of case studies to become GEO compliant.
- Using our existing written assets and repurposing, e.g. older blogs, updating as and when needed.
- Sending out monthly email campaigns.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience of creating content - video and written.
- Ability to work independently and has a self-starter attitude.
- Experience working with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, GEO and using Wordpress.
