Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking to lead complex, high-value capital projects from concept through to completion? We’re working with a healthcare organisation delivering an ambitious capital works programme, and they’re looking to appoint a driven Project Manager to join their team.
The Role
You will take ownership of a portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects, managing everything from feasibility and design through to delivery and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver multiple construction projects within a capital programme
- Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee design development, procurement, and contract delivery
- Control budgets, timelines, and project performance
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements
- Provide reporting and senior stakeholder communication
- Support business cases and long-term planning
About You
- Experience managing complex construction projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial awareness and contract knowledge (NEC & JCT)
- Confident communicator
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Hold a professional membership (MRICS, MCIOB etc)
- Knowledge and experience of working within the healthcare sector is preferred
