Rough Sleeper Navigator – Local Authority\\n 📍 Location: South East London\\n ⏳ Contract: [3–6 Month Contract / Ongoing Temporary Role]\\n 💷 Pay: £29.15 p/hr (Umbrella)\\n 🕒 Full-Time | Immediate Start\\n\\n We are working with a forward-thinking Local Authority seeking a dedicated Rough Sleeper Navigator to join their Housing and Homelessness Team.\\n This role plays a vital part in engaging with individuals experiencing street homelessness, supporting them to access accommodation, health services, and long-term sustainable outcomes.\\n 🔑 Key Responsibilities:\\nBuild trusting relationships with rough sleepers through assertive, outreach-based engagement\\nWork closely with partner agencies (e.g., health, substance misuse, mental health, housing) to create tailored support plans\\nAssist individuals in navigating the pathway from rough sleeping into accommodation\\nMaintain accurate records, case notes, and contribute to data reporting for internal and external stakeholders\\nAct as a single point of contact, providing continuity and advocacy throughout the client’s journey✅ Ideal Candidate:\\nPrevious experience working in homelessness, outreach, or support services\\nStrong knowledge of housing pathways and support available to rough sleepers\\nExcellent interpersonal skills with a trauma-informed and person-centred approach\\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across services\\nDBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)\\nPLEASE NOTE: All applications are monitored and shortlisted candidates will be contacted via phone call or email
