We are currently seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join our team on a 3–6 month contract based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in housing or property maintenance to make an immediate impact.
Role Overview:
As a Repairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day repair and maintenance operations, managing trade teams, and ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget. You’ll play a key role in coordinating schedules, inspecting works, and maintaining excellent communication with residents, contractors, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of operatives carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance.
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage workloads, schedules, and performance targets.
Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records of completed works.Requirements:
