Property Services Surveyor – Local Authority 📍 North West London | 3–6 Month Contract (Ongoing) £400 per day (Umbrella) | Full-Time We are currently working with a Local Authority in North West London seeking an experienced Property Services Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional surveying services across a diverse property portfolio. Undertake inspections, identify defects, and specify necessary remedial works. Manage maintenance and capital works projects from inception to completion. Ensure statutory compliance and health & safety standards are met across properties. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget.✅ Requirements: Proven experience in property surveying within a public sector or local authority environment. Strong knowledge of building pathology, contract management, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
