Property Services Surveyor – Local Authority\\n 📍 North West London |  3–6 Month Contract (Ongoing)\\n£400 per day (Umbrella) | Full-Time\\n\\n We are currently working with a Local Authority in North West London seeking an experienced Property Services Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis\\n 🔧 Key Responsibilities:\\nDeliver professional surveying services across a diverse property portfolio.\\nUndertake inspections, identify defects, and specify necessary remedial works.\\nManage maintenance and capital works projects from inception to completion.\\nEnsure statutory compliance and health & safety standards are met across properties.\\nLiaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget.✅ Requirements:\\nProven experience in property surveying within a public sector or local authority environment.\\nStrong knowledge of building pathology, contract management, and statutory compliance.\\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\\nMRICS or similar qualification (desirable but not essential).📅 Contract Details:\\nDuration: 3–6 months initially (with potential to extend)\\nRate: £400 per day (Umbrella)\\nStart: ASAP\\nPLEASE NOTE: All applications are monitored and shortlisted candidates will be contacted via phone call or email
