We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team in North London. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of plastering repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of plastering repairs and maintenance.
- Complete patch plastering, skimming, rendering, and making good works.
- Work within occupied and void social housing properties.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with residents.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plasterer.
- Previous experience working within a social housing environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
