Multi-Skilled Operative We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our Commercial Services team. You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused repairs service across our properties. From carpentry and plumbing to general maintenance tasks, you’ll ensure our customers receive a reliable service every time. What You’ll Be Doing Carrying out a wide range of carpentry, plumbing, masonry and other trade tasks. Ensuring all works meet professional standards, building regulations, and health & safety requirements. Liaising with customers and colleagues to keep them informed on job progress. Completing repairs efficiently and right first time wherever possible. Accurately recording job details using smart devices and company systems. Maintaining van stock, tools, and equipment in good working order. Participating in the out-of-hours emergency rota when required.What We’re Looking For Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a core trade (carpentry, masonry, or plumbing). Skilled across a range of trades with proven multi-skilled experience. Experience delivering repairs and maintenance within tight deadlines. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships. A clean, full UK driving licence. Physically fit to carry out the demands of the role.Why Join Us?
