Electrician (Mobile Role β London)
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our Estates and Facilities team. The successful candidate will carry out a range of electrical maintenance, installation, and repair tasks across multiple London sites, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake new works, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests and assist with small installation projects.
- Escort and support contractors carrying out inspections or installation works.
- Adhere strictly to Health & Safety, Security, and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate tool lists and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Part II or minimum NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Services (Level 3 preferred).
- Proven experience working across a wide range of electrical systems and installations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience within an NHS or healthcare environment (desirable).
Other Requirements
- Must have own tools and PPE.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels.
- Flexible, adaptable, and computer literate.
- Full UK manual driving licence required.
- Core working hours: Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:30, Fri 08:00-16:00.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work across any London site as required.
Location: London (multi-site)
Hours: 37.5 per week
Driving role β own vehicle or company van provided.
