We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven surveyor with strong technical expertise and a proven background in project management.
The Role
- You will be responsible for delivering a range of building surveying and project management services across varied property portfolios, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional building surveying services across multiple projects
- Lead and manage site-based works, ensuring quality, compliance, and programme delivery
- Take ownership of project management duties, from inception through to completion
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively
- Prepare reports, specifications, and project documentation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Building Surveyor at a senior level
- Strong project management background (highly desirable)
- Demonstrable experience managing site-based works
- Excellent stakeholder and client-facing skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative consultancy team
