We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join a busy maintenance team working across North London. This role requires a competent and versatile Carpenter with strong experience carrying out a wide range of joinery, repair, and maintenance works to a high standard within occupied and void properties.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out repairs and maintenance to timber doors, frames, sash windows, and UPVC windows and doors
- Complete all aspects of carpentry and joinery works
- Measure accurately and submit detailed joinery orders for replacement items including box frames and timber doors
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to windows, doors, locks, and associated fittings
- Undertake associated multi-trade duties including basic plumbing, tiling, and making-good works
- Ensure all works are completed to a professional and high-quality standard
- Work safely and efficiently across occupied and unoccupied properties
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and customer service standards
- Proven experience in carpentry and joinery maintenance
- Strong experience repairing sash windows and UPVC windows and doors
- Ability to accurately measure and submit joinery requests/orders
- Competent carrying out basic plumbing and tiling works
