Are you passionate about helping older people live independently, safely and with confidence? We’re looking for an Independent Living Partner to join a team within an established Housing Association on an ongoing contract basis, covering two schemes in Isleworth and Hounslow, with flexibility to provide cover across additional Independent Living schemes when needed.
Working 8am–4pm, you’ll play a key role in delivering housing management services within Independent Living communities, acting as the first point of contact for tenancy and leasehold queries, carrying out compliance and health and safety checks, managing the social alarm system and helping to build vibrant, engaged communities for older residents. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a flexible approach, a strong understanding of the needs of older people and experience of housing-related issues and tenancy management.
Requirements:
- You’ll need to be confident using IT systems.
- Able to work independently in a lone-working role.
- Committed to providing high-quality, customer-focused support that promotes independence.
- A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends.
