Lead Surveyor \\nSouth West London \\n£40 per hour umbrella \\nInital 6 month ongoing contract \\nMon to Fri 9am to 5pm \\n\\nResponsibilities\\n\\nAssume full line management and development responsibility for the Maintenance Surveyors\\nUndertake 121 and appraisal interviews with direct reports.\\nLead on the responsive repairs and maintenance of the HRA housing stock and HRA garages.\\nLead on the installation and maintenance of aids and adaptations\\nLead on the delivery and operation of revenue funded services, reactive repairs, maintenance and major void work projects and programmes\\nDelivery of an effective frontline repairs, maintenance and associated housing residential services to tenants and leaseholders to achieve Housing standards and targets for performance and customer satisfaction by delivering a sector-leading customer experience, making sure each transaction is positive and embedding a right first time approach.\\nMonitoring of the Term Contract task price and the management of the respective budgets.\\nContribute to the development of a reactive maintenance policy and capacity to ensure that urgent problems and issues are dealt with in conjunction with planned preventative maintenance\\nRequirements \\n\\nA recognised property/construction related qualification at degree level or has attained significant workplace experience.\\nMinimum requirement has attained or is working toward attaining ICIOB.\\nExperience managing a team of surveyors \\nExperience working in a council or housing association\\nUnderstanding of the role and purpose of the service within a local authority\\nA good level of professional knowledge and expertise in planned and reactive maintenance\\nIf you are interested in this position AND meet the requirements, APPLY NOW
