Job Description
The post holder will:
- Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first-class delivery of property asset valuations.
- Undertake the Council’s valuation requirements including general valuation advice, development site valuations, Asset Valuations and any other valuations as required.
- Undertake unaccompanied site visits of sites (including construction sites) and buildings.
- Handle and respond to finance and audit enquiries relating to asset valuations.
- Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and support other team members.
Essential Qualifications:
- RICS Membership
- Current valid UK driving license and willingness to drive – If you don’t have access to a vehicle, a pool car will be provided for work purposes.
- Local government experience as a valuer.
Contract
- Hybrid with borough-wide site visits as needed
- PAYE VIA UMBRELLA
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Hybrid position)
