Vox Network Consultants is seeking a Private Housing Standards Officer for a 3-month ongoing contract in West London.
The role is 40 per hour Umbrella, with hours 9:00am-5:00pm, and a pattern of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
The officer will investigate complaints about private rental housing conditions, conduct property inspections, and assess hazards using HHSRS.
They will handle HMO licensing and enforcement actions, advising landlords and tenants on housing standards and legal requirements.
