Contract: Temp to perm - up to 37,633.20 per annum depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a Planned Kitchen and Bathrooms team in Eastleigh.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, patch plastering, rendering and decorative finishes.
- Complete wall and ceiling repairs to a high standard.
- Undertake internal and external rendering works.
- Carry out tiling and plaster coving where required.
- Work alongside other trades to deliver planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with building maintenance best practice.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with residents throughout the works.
- Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer within housing maintenance or residential construction.
- Experience carrying out plastering works as part of planned maintenance programmes.
- The ability to deliver high-quality work with excellent attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence.
