Fire Safety Manager – NHS Estates We’re seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager to lead and develop fire safety compliance across our complex healthcare estate, including both PFI and non-PFI sites. The successful candidate will: Lead on all aspects of fire safety management, ensuring full compliance with statutory and NHS standards. Develop and maintain the organisation’s Fire Safety Management System, policies, and fire strategy. Conduct and oversee fire risk assessments, audits, inspections, and staff training. Provide expert advice to senior management and report to Trust committees on fire safety performance and compliance.Requirements: Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in fire engineering or fire safety. 5+ years’ experience in a senior fire safety management role. Strong knowledge of Firecode, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and Building Regulations 2010. Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.
