Plasterer Location: Eastleigh Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour Contract: Temp to perm - up to £37,633.20 per annum depending on experience  Hours: 40 Hours per Week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Company Van Provided We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a Planned Kitchen and Bathrooms team in Eastleigh. Key Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, patch plastering, rendering and decorative finishes. Complete wall and ceiling repairs to a high standard. Undertake internal and external rendering works. Carry out tiling and plaster coving where required. Work alongside other trades to deliver planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with building maintenance best practice. Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with residents throughout the works. Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicles in a safe and professional manner.To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience as a Plasterer within housing maintenance or residential construction. Experience carrying out plastering works as part of planned maintenance programmes. The ability to deliver high-quality work with excellent attention to detail. A positive attitude and strong customer service skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full UK driving licence (essential).
