About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Homeownership Services Officer to join a Local Authority in Bracknell on a hybrid working basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leasehold and homeownership experience to support the delivery of a high-quality service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of leasehold and shared ownership properties
- Provide advice and support to homeowners on service charges, leases, and related queries
- Handle enquiries relating to resales, staircasing, and Right to Buy/Right to Acquire
- Investigate and resolve complex customer queries and complaints
- Work closely with internal teams including finance, legal, and property services
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a homeownership or leasehold services role within a Local Authority or Housing Association
- Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and service charges
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
