Vox Consultants are hiring for an Adult Team Manager in within a London Borough Council. Please do not apply for this role if you are not a Qualified Social Worker and are not Registered to Social Work England. You will be: You will be joining the Adult’s Hospital Discharge Team as a Team Manager; your main responsibilities will include: Supporting several smaller Hospital Teams managed by Senior Social Workers and Therapists, supporting Hospital Discharge. Provide support to members of the team and to hold regular supervisions. Ensure the Council’s correct procedures and guidelines are followed through. Essentials: Valid Right to Work in the UK.
