Estates Manager

· Manage consultants, temporary technical staff, contractors, trade and operational staff within the department as required.
· Manage all directly employed staff, including all personnel issues, recruitment, grievance, disciplinary and capability matters.
· Manage engineering maintenance on a day to day basis, including dealing with operational incidents as and when they arise acting as AP for a range of mechanical or electrical services as designated by the senior management team.
· Manage, plan, organise and implement the programme of engineering maintenance, taking in to account the operational requirements of the site and ensure any non-compliances are resolved or escalated immediately. Ensure all mechanical services are maintained in line with industry standards such as HTMs, HBNs, Legionella Control Association, L8 and WIAPS or others.
· Manage all directly employed staff, including all personnel issues, recruitment, grievance, disciplinary and capability matters.
