Rate: £212 per day (Umbrella)

Contract: 3-Month Ongoing

Contract Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team in North London. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of plastering repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out all aspects of plastering repairs and maintenance.
  • Complete patch plastering, skimming, rendering, and making good works.
  • Work within occupied and void social housing properties.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with residents.
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Plasterer.
  • Previous experience working within a social housing environment.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
