About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parking Scheme Manager to join a busy local authority in South East London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of parking improvement projects across housing estates, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with strategic objectives. You'll play a key role in driving service improvements, managing budgets, overseeing contractors, and leading a dedicated parking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of parking projects across housing estates from inception through to completion.
- Support the Parking Design and Improvement Manager and Head of Parking in driving continuous service improvement.
- Manage project budgets, funding streams, governance arrangements, and project plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery within agreed timescales.
- Work closely with internal teams, parking design contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Produce reports on project performance, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
