Vox Consultants are currently recruiting for an experienced Neighbourhoods Communities Manager to join a London Local Authority on a temporary basis. The Council has approximately 12,000 tenanted homes, with this role responsible for leading a team overseeing service delivery to around 2,000 residents.
As Neighbourhoods Communities Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a newly formed team of Neighbourhoods Communities Officers and a Coordinator. You will lead the delivery of a first-rate tenancy and neighbourhood management service, ensuring residents receive a responsive, supportive and resident-focused service.
You will be responsible for ensuring that fire safety, anti-social behaviour and estate management are managed effectively and in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
