Multi Trade Operative – Empty Homes Up to £38,847.17 per annum + van | Full-time, Permanent | Bracknell We’re looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join the Empty Homes team, helping prepare properties to a high standard so they’re ready for new residents.You’ll carry out a variety of trade and maintenance tasks across properties in Ascot, Windsor, Reading, Slough and the surrounding areas, working alongside other trades, subcontractors and housing teams. What you’ll do Carry out a wide range of repairs, maintenance and installation work across empty properties.Complete work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Take pride in delivering a right-first-time service.Work closely with colleagues, subcontractors and other teams to ensure homes are ready for new residents.Provide excellent customer service and represent the organisation professionally.Participate in an out-of-hours callout rota.
