A local authority in West London is looking to appoint an experienced Landlord & Tenant Estates Surveyor to support the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional with strong Landlord & Tenant experience to take ownership of lease events, rent reviews, renewals, and wider estates management matters while helping maximise revenue generation across the portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a range of Landlord & Tenant matters including lease renewals, rent reviews, assignments, licences, and negotiations
  • Handling complex property casework across a varied commercial portfolio
  • Conducting negotiations with tenants, occupiers, and professional advisors
  • Supporting income generation and driving value from council-owned assets
  • Preparing reports, briefing papers, and professional property advice
  • Liaising with legal teams to progress lease documentation and agreements
  • Maintaining accurate property and case management records
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external partners
  • Supporting wider asset management and estates initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience within Landlord & Tenant surveying / Estates Management
  • Detailed knowledge of Landlord & Tenant law and commercial property practice
  • Experience managing lease events and complex estates casework
  • MRICS qualified or working towards qualification preferred
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Local Authority or public sector experience desirable
