An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estates / Senior Estates Surveyor to join a well-established Local Authority team in West London on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor to work across a diverse mixed-use portfolio within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The Contract
- Initial 3-month contract (likely to extend)
- £561 per day (Inside IR35 UMBRELLA)
- West London
- Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a predominantly commercial mixed-use property portfolio
- Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals
- Handling landlord & tenant matters
- Managing lettings and lease negotiations
- Service charge management
- General estates management duties
- Providing professional property advice to stakeholders
About You
- MRICS qualified (preferred)
- Previous Local Authority/Public Sector experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial property and estates management
- Experience managing landlord & tenant matters
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and manage a busy caseload
