Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (36 Hours per Week)

Working Pattern

4 Days Office-Based 1 Day Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated patch of residential properties, delivering an effective tenancy management service.
  • Conduct tenancy visits, estate inspections, and property inspections.
  • Investigate and resolve anti-social behaviour, neighbour disputes, and tenancy breaches.
  • Support tenants with tenancy sustainment and provide advice on housing-related matters.
  • Manage low-level rent arrears and work with residents to prevent tenancy failure.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support vulnerable residents.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate case records are maintained using housing management systems.
  • Promote safe, clean, and well-managed neighbourhoods through regular estate inspections.

About You

  • Previous experience working as a Housing Officer or within a Housing Management role.
  • Experience managing tenancy-related casework, including ASB, tenancy breaches, and resident engagement.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management practices.
  • The ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Business insurance for your own vehicle, or the ability to obtain business insurance , as travel between sites is required.
