Pay Rate: £22.54 - £24.78 per hour Umbrella
Contract: 3-Month Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (36 Hours per Week)
Working Pattern: 4 Days Office-Based | 1 Day Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated patch of residential properties, delivering an effective tenancy management service.
- Conduct tenancy visits, estate inspections, and property inspections.
- Investigate and resolve anti-social behaviour, neighbour disputes, and tenancy breaches.
- Support tenants with tenancy sustainment and provide advice on housing-related matters.
- Manage low-level rent arrears and work with residents to prevent tenancy failure.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support vulnerable residents.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure accurate case records are maintained using housing management systems.
- Promote safe, clean, and well-managed neighbourhoods through regular estate inspections.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working as a Housing Officer or within a Housing Management role.
- Experience managing tenancy-related casework, including ASB, tenancy breaches, and resident engagement.
- Excellent communication skills.
