We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Facilities Management Compliance to join a busy Local Authority in North West London on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior FM professional to lead the delivery of both Hard and Soft Facilities Management services while ensuring statutory compliance across a diverse property portfolio. You will also play a key role in supporting the implementation of a new Facilities Management service structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Hard and Soft Facilities Management services across the organisation.
- Ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met and maintained across the property portfolio.
- Support the implementation of the new Facilities Management service structure.
- Provide strategic leadership to Facilities Management and Compliance teams.
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and KPIs.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and best practice across FM and compliance functions.
- Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to improve service delivery and operational performance.
