Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking to lead complex, high-value capital projects from concept through to completion? We’re working with a healthcare organisation delivering an ambitious capital works programme, and they’re looking to appoint a driven Project Manager to join their team.

The Role

You will take ownership of a portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects, managing everything from feasibility and design through to delivery and handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver multiple construction projects within a capital programme
  • Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Oversee design development, procurement, and contract delivery
  • Control budgets, timelines, and project performance
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements
  • Provide reporting and senior stakeholder communication
  • Support business cases and long-term planning

About You

  • Experience managing complex construction projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Commercial awareness and contract knowledge (NEC JCT)
  • Confident communicator
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Hold a professional membership (MRICS, MCIOB etc)
