Capital Quantity Surveyor North Worcestershire 6 months ongoing Contract Full time hours £42 per hour umbrella We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in the development of appropriate contract documentation, procurement of goods, services and works contracts across Housing Property Services. With the delivery of these contracts the post holder is responsible for the financial measurement and valuation of works, preparing interim payments and final accounts together with all necessary project related financial reports. Key Responsibilities Prepare contract documents including Tenders, Bills of Quantities, Work Schedules, Specifications, and Schedule of Rates. Procure goods, services, and works contracts, including participation in tender evaluations and reporting outcomes. Undertake site measurements and valuation of works, preparing payment notifications and associated documentation. Prepare and agree costs for variations and non-standard items of work. Analyse and agree claims and final accounts. Produce accurate financial reports for projects and contracts.
