About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Asset Appraisal Surveyor to join a busy local authority in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Building Surveyor to play a key role in assessing and appraising a diverse property portfolio. You will undertake surveys, provide technical advice, and support strategic decisions relating to asset management, maintenance, investment, and property improvements.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure that assets are maintained to a high standard while delivering value for money and supporting the organisation's long-term property strategy.
