We are looking for an experienced Planned Works Electrician to join Abri housing, delivering high-quality electrical upgrades, installations and refurbishment works across our homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out full and partial property rewires.
- Install and replace consumer units.
- Complete electrical upgrades as part of kitchen, bathroom and refurbishment programmes.
- Carry out electrical testing and inspection.
- Ensure all work meets current regulations and health & safety standards.
- Work closely with customers, colleagues and other trades.
- Deliver excellent workmanship and customer service.
Requirements
- NVQ/AM2 or equivalent.
- 2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent.
- Current 18th Edition qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or property investment is desirable.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety and customer service.
