Repairs Operations Manager South East London | Local Authority | £49 per hour (Umbrella) | 3-Month ongoing Contract | Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm | Full-Time We are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Operations Manager to join a Local Authority housing service in South East London.
The successful candidate will oversee the responsive repairs service for occupied Council properties, ensuring homes are safe, repairs are delivered efficiently and residents receive a high standard of customer service.
Reporting to the Head of Responsive Repairs and Voids , you will be responsible for overseeing the full repairs process and ensuring the service consistently meets required performance, quality and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the responsive repairs service for occupied Council properties, ensuring residents' homes are safe and maintained to the required standards.
Lead the delivery of a high-performing responsive repairs service, ensuring repairs are completed within target timescales.
Monitor service performance, quality and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
