Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Project Management (ideally website experience at a marketing agency)
• Looking to be a part of a growing company, seizing opportunity in the AI space & to participate in its success
• Organised, on the ball and high energy
• Comfortable in taking responsibility for multiple tasks, prioritising – and using initiative to make sure they go well
• Enjoy building good internal & external relationships, and can speak persuasively
• Derive satisfaction from doing a job really well – and making a clients day

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and our quality standards
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within financial constraints
• Timeline Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to, while adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changes
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet Vovi Studio\’s quality standards and client specifications before final delivery
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks or issues and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them
• Reporting: Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including status reports, budget summaries, and post-project evaluations
