Overview: The Finance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and presenting strategic analyses to the Director of Finance. The Finance Manager will support the Director of Finance in the execution and sustainability of operational processes with the objective to improve overall company performance. In addition, but not limited to, they will perform labor analysis, compile various statistical reports, and complete Ad-Hoc reports as requested.

  • Performs property analytics and reporting to upper management such as labor and staffing, various statistical reports, and Ad Hoc requests
  • Knowledgeable of the dynamic business operations when supporting Executive Leadership with data-driven analytics
  • Evaluates current operational practices and recommends strategies to improve efficiencies with the goal of increasing profit
