  • Previous experience in CRM, email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of customer engagement principles
  • Experience with CRM or ESP platforms is desirable

What the job involves

  • Build, execute, QA, and schedule CRM campaigns across email and other customer channels
  • Deliver campaigns that support advertising revenue commitments alongside customer revenue and engagement targets
  • Plan and execute tactical CRM campaigns supporting short-term commercial and customer initiatives
  • Liaise with Partnerships teams on offer content, campaign bookings, and promotional activity
  • Support campaign-level reporting and performance analysis, identifying insights and optimisation opportunities
  • Contribute to the CRM testing roadmap, including A/B testing setup, results analysis, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with global teams across the wider Ziff Davis Shopping portfolio
  • Work closely with Design and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard
  • Support continuous optimisation of customer journeys, campaign performance, and operational processes
