We receive over 8 million visits per month. This hybrid role, based one day a week in our Whitechapel office, is suited to a graduate or someone starting a career in CRM, digital marketing or e‑commerce. As a CRM Assistant you will support the delivery of customer campaigns while merchandising relevant products, offers and voucher codes to our audience. The position combines CRM campaign execution with commercial merchandising responsibilities, ensuring customers receive engaging content, strong product selections and compelling deals that drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a 50:50 split between CRM campaign execution and product deal merchandising, supporting both customer communications and commercially driven promotional activity.
  • Support the building, QA, proofing and scheduling of CRM campaigns.
  • Manage creative briefing processes and feedback loops with Design teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist with merchandising commercially relevant products, offers and voucher codes within campaigns.
  • Identify strong product and promotional opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion.
  • Support campaign setup and operational processes across all CRM activity.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Commercial teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
  • Contribute ideas for improving campaign performance, customer engagement and merchandising execution.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time with strong attention to detail.

Job Requirements

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Motivated, proactive and eager to learn quickly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commercially minded with an interest in customer behaviour, products and promotions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Previous merchandising experience not required, but an interest in e‑commerce and promotions is beneficial.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and make an impression.
