Vouch Global is a Creative Performance agency specialising in hospitality, leisure, food and drink, and consumer brands. We sit at the intersection of paid media and creative, helping ambitious brands grow through data-informed PPC and Paid Social campaigns, creative iteration, and strategic thinking that actually moves the needle. We're a small but high-performing team. We don't do mediocrity, we don't do passengers, and we don't do siloed thinking. If you want to own something, build something, and have your work genuinely matter, this is the right environment.

We're looking for an ambitious Digital Performance Manager to join our growing paid media team in Shoreditch. This role is ideal for someone with around 3-5 years hands-on experience in paid media who is ready to take ownership of campaign delivery, performance and client communication in a small, ambitious agency. You’ll be someone who strives for excellence, not mediocrity. As a small business, we expect our team members to be adaptable and proactive, willing to 'muck in' and support various aspects of the business beyond their core responsibilities. This approach offers unparalleled learning opportunities and exposure to all facets of our operations.

You’ll work across Google, Meta and TikTok, building, launching and optimising campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients. You will use your deep channel knowledge to turn campaign performance into clear recommendations, join the dots between delivery, data, creative and wider client strategy, and present this back to clients with confidence. This role is London-based and requires in-office presence at least 3 times per week. We’re unable to offer fully remote or relocation for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build, run and optimise campaigns: Take hands-on responsibility for building, launching and managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. You’ll set up campaign structures, audiences, budgets, tracking and creative tests, monitor performance daily and make confident optimisations against client KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, revenue and quality score.
  • Lead performance strategy and testing: Use your deep channel knowledge to build practical paid media strategies, campaign plans and testing roadmaps that align with each client’s commercial objectives. You’ll identify opportunities across audiences, targeting, creative, budgets, landing pages and platforms, then turn those insights into clear, prioritised actions.
  • Report and analyse performance: Build and maintain reporting in tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio/Data Studio, turning campaign results into clear insights and next steps for clients and the team. You’ll be able to explain what is working, what is not, why performance has changed and what we should do next.
  • Join the dots between delivery, data and client strategy: Lead or play a significant role in client calls, presentations and QBR’s. You’ll explain the work you are doing, what the data is telling us and what should happen next, translating platform level performance into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
  • Collaborate across the agency: Work with account managers, creative and paid specialists to deliver joined-up campaigns. You’ll use campaign insight to inform creative briefs, client recommendations and future activity, and pitch in across the business when needed. We’re a small, agile team, and you will get exposure to lots of different projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Around 3-5 years experience in paid media, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Deep hands-on experience building, launching and optimising campaigns across Google and Meta, with solid working knowledge of TikTok.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills; you can read a performance report, understand what is driving results and confidently recommend where to invest, test or change direction.
  • Experience presenting campaign performance and recommendations to clients in a clear, confident and commercially focused way.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and reporting tools such as Looker Studio/Data Studio.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive 'muck in' attitude; you're happy to get involved beyond a narrow job description.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client campaigns, deadlines and priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Curiosity about performance marketing as a whole, and an eagerness to expand platform expertise as we continue to develop our paid media offering, having a genuine desire to learn, test and improve.

What You'll Get

  • Meaningful ownership and responsibility: direct ownership of live campaigns, performance, client communication and strategy, with the opportunity to make a genuine impact from day one.
  • Variety: you'll work across different channels; Meta, TikTok, Google and a mix of client industries, from hospitality to ecomm.
  • A collaborative, transparent culture with a high standard of excellence where good ideas are listened to and initiative is genuinely valued.
  • Clear growth path: as you build experience, you'll take on more responsibility for larger budgets, client roadmaps and wider performance strategy.
  • Continued learning and development: the opportunity to deepen your expertise across established and emerging paid media platforms, test new approaches and help shape the future of Vouch’s performance offering.
