The Role
We are seeking a motivated Performance Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid hands-on paid media experience who is eager to develop their skills in a client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Optimisation: Take ownership of day-to-day campaign management across key platforms including Google, Meta, and TikTok - building, optimising, and reporting on performance to ensure client objectives are met.
- Client Communication: Support senior team members in managing client relationships, attending meetings, preparing reports, and becoming a trusted point of contact.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and surface actionable insights that inform strategy and demonstrate value to clients.
- Project Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services, keeping projects on track and aligned with client goals.
- Strategic Input: Contribute to account strategies by researching opportunities, analysing competitor activity, and supporting senior team members with planning and recommendations.
- Problem Solving: Data focused. Proactively flag and help resolve campaign or client issues, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams - including creative, media, and analytics - to deliver integrated solutions.
- Operational Support: As part of a small, agile team, you'll be expected to pitch in across the business — whether that means helping with campaign planning, supporting team processes, or jumping into areas outside your core role.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, ideally within an agency setting
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads; exposure to additional platforms is a bonus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're confident contributing to client conversations and building trust
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all aspects of agency life
