We are seeking an exceptional Digital Account Manager (with knowledge and expertise within Performance Marketing) to join our team who thrives off a client facing role. Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: You’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients - not just managing relationships, but nurturing partnerships that make both you and Vouch indispensable.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or advertising agency, with a strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge of at least three biddable channels - Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, programmatic and native.
- Report directly to the Account Director.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account management peers, creative and media to deliver integrated solutions that align with client objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed client expectations, driving performance and ROI.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines and resources simultaneously.
- Overseeing and reporting on Paid Search Campaigns.
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Anticipate potential risks or problems and act proactively to resolve issues.
- Create, maintain and update detailed project plans that will drive schedule, resource and client management.
- Regularly update key stakeholders on project status.
- Plan digital campaigns from the initial stages through to final delivery.
- Continuously assess processes and recommend improvements.
- Analyse the success of client campaigns, producing reports and data analysis as supporting evidence.
- Oversee the project’s financial budget, notifying stakeholders of cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts by upselling additional services or expanding campaign scope, while consistently delivering value and meeting client objectives.
- Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as websites, blogs, press releases, infographics, videos etc.
- Coordinate and manage the creation of social media content.
- Track project deliverables and match those with agreed deadlines.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and generate reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, offering insights and recommendations to optimise campaigns.
- Report on success criteria for projects by measuring results.
- Creation of case studies following the completion of successful campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to develop effective media strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- A pro-active attitude is essential. Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring high client satisfaction levels, and striving for long-term account retention.
