We're embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey, evolving our Digital Product team and processes with a powerful new way of working that places our digital products at the heart of our business.
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be the focal point of a dedicated and cross-functional squad setting big, ambitious goals, and you'll have the freedom to decide how to meet these. You'll have a growth mindset and a can-do attitude and relish the autonomous culture. As a natural storyteller, you'll build solid narratives and will take your stakeholders on the journey throughout.
The Details
- This role is within our Wholesale Digital Product Development team, where we work with our wholesale business team and our valued partners, (such as Heartland, Nordstrom, Reliance) to sell our ASOS Brands product.
- Define your product's mission and vision, including building a deep understanding of opportunities and how well measure success.
- Link customer and performance data to recommended options or decisions to present to stakeholders.
- Translating complex, detailed problems into easily digestible content or stories for cross-functional teams.
- End-to-end product development plans thinking about the product life cycle holistically, from adoption to optimisation.
- Effectively coordinate and collaborate across product development teams, designers, and managers to build the most innovative products.
- Work with stakeholders to define and refine your plan and execute it effectively.
- Raise the bar! Set the standard for how things are done and bring in new ideas to drive continuous improvement within the team.

About You
- You've got extensive and demonstrable experience in shipping successful, customer-centric digital products in a fast-paced environment.
- You ideally have experience in Wholesale Operations or Fashion Product Lifecycle.
- You are a macro thinker who is always looking at the big picture.
- You are data-driven, passionate about metrics, and intellectually honest about how your work is performing – you can prove how value is achieved and recommend pivoting to ensure we stay on track.
- You leverage the team you work with, bring out the best of them, and tease out creative ideas.
- You influence and challenge the people you work with.
- You are structured and transparent in your communication.
