As one of our Leads, you will be working closely with the Leadership team as well as stakeholders across the business. What you\’ll be doing Reporting directly into the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of overseeing the day-to-day running of the Wardrobe Management Team. Be an aspirational leader and line manager to a team of Wardrobe Coordinators. Encouraging team growth and development through objectives and training, ensuring the team is striving to support the delivery of the department strategy. Constantly assess and plan for succession within your team. Manage and maintain the output of BTL to ensure the customer can shop the inspirational looks created in Studio. Drive BTL in all opportunities to support the business in revenue by offering the customer shoppable inspiration. Ensure BTL\’s success by setting, monitoring and maintaining Styling Wardrobe KPIs in both stock and utilisation – whilst maintaining the highest quality, industry-leading shoots. Build relationships with Retail teams to strengthen the wardrobe and output of Looks through a strong supply of styling samples. Ensure strong working relationships between the Wardrobe Management team and Styling team. Work with the Styling Leads and Seniors to develop and implement strategic wardrobe evolution in line with current trends and fashion relevancy. Continually push tech developments of ACT and the Digital Wardrobe to maximise efficiencies. Lead and contribute to team and departmental meetings. Be recognised as an aspirational figure within your team and the wider department. Work with PX and internal resourcers to select, interview and onboard new full-timers, while maintaining a high-quality freelance pool to augment the team when volume requires. Encourage the team to be authentic, brave and creative and to follow all company and departmental strategies. Responsible for developing and implementing your leadership style and communication in line with ASOS Behaviours policy. Form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, championing all aspects of ASOS Studios in every interaction. Design and implement automated workflow solutions to streamline departmental practices and processes.
